Everyone at Youplay Netball would like to wish all our players and Umpires in the Stratford Netball league a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Your local league is now off until Sunday 5th January so enjoy the break with loved ones and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in the New year.

The apex of the evening was the stellar performance by Rebecca Dawson, the star player of the Stratford Divas. Dawson's exceptional skills, agility, and on-court presence earned her the well-deserved title of the Most Valued Player of the week. Her strategic play and undying spirit contributed significantly to the high bar set in the Premier League division this week.

Despite the defeat, Girls Of Glory showed tremendous fighting spirit and delivered a commendable performance. The team's admirable efforts kept the spectators at the edge of their seats until the final whistle. As we inch closer to the season's end, it's clear that the Premier League division teams are leaving no stone unturned in their quest for glory.

The league continues to witness rising competitiveness among the teams. The top scorers for each division have set high standards, pushing themselves and their teammates to excel every week. The League, in particular, has been a hotbed of exceptional talent, marked by players consistently outdoing their personal bests.

As we gear up for Week 8, the excitement is palpable, and anticipation is high. The fans can expect another round of nail-biting matches as the teams continue to vie for the top spot in the League division. It's anyone's game, and that's the beauty of Netball in Stratford-upon-Avon.
