The Wolverhampton Sunday Netball League returned for its second week of high-octane competition last night. Teams in the League  displayed an array of skill and determination, invigorating the championship with a level of competitiveness that is nothing less than thrilling.

The League saw Amazeballs demolish Dolly Mixtures with a 34-7 thrashing. It was a sublime display of attacking Netball, and a result that sends a stern warning to the rest of the division. Phoenix Flyers edged past Wing-its in a tightly contested match with a score of 9-6, demonstrating their adeptness under pressure.

Meanwhile, Blaze Ballers carved out a significant 14-8 victory over Thunder Thighs, asserting their dominance in the league. In what might be the most nail-biting match of the week, Goal Diggers faced The Hotshots. Despite their best efforts, Goal Diggers fell short with a score of 12-15.

The standout player of the week was Tammie Alexander from Goal Diggers. Despite their team's loss, Alexander's tenacity and relentless drive made her the most valued player of the week. Her performance was a testament to her undeniable talent and will undoubtedly inspire her team in the upcoming matches.
