The intensity of the Wolverhampton Sunday Netball League reached its peak last night during the tenth week of the season. The League division, renowned for its fierce competition, did not disappoint, with teams battling it out for the top spot.

The Blaze Ballers showed their dominance over the Dolly Mixtures, ending the match with a commendable 16-9 victory. The Amazeballs, not to be outdone, held their ground against the Thunder Thighs, securing a 19-15 win and further cementing their standing in the league.

In another hard-fought match, the Goal Diggers emerged victorious over the Phoenix Flyers with a 19-10 victory. The energy was palpable as each team gave their all, showcasing the talent and competitive spirit that makes the League a delight to watch.

The real nail-biter of the evening was the match between the Wing-its and The Hotshots. The Wing-its flew ahead to secure an impressive 17-10 victory. The highlight of the match - and indeed, the week - was Wing-its player Lydia Holmes, whose outstanding performance earned her the Most Valued Player of the week.

Holmes's skillful play, strategic maneuvers, and unwavering commitment to her team were on full display throughout the match, making her an undeniable choice for MVP.
