Leading the charge in the League was Goal Diggers, who emerged victorious against Waseley Wizards, with an impressive 19 - 4 scoreline. Stormers also started their campaign on a high note against Goals Aloud with a 28 - 6 win.
A thrilling showdown took place between Spice Goals and Goals Of Glory, ending at a nail-biting score of 14 - 11 in favor of Goals Of Glory. In a closely fought game, Sky Shooters managed to clinch victory over Hoop There It Is! with a slim margin of 9 - 7.
Hoop Troops made their mark with a 23 - 8 victory over Purple Thunder, showcasing their prowess and determination for the season. Nets And The City started their season with a bang, defeating Long Shots with a score of 13 - 3.
But the star of the week, who shined the brightest amongst all, was Misha Baker from Spice Goals. Despite her team's result, Baker's outstanding performance earned her the Most Valuable Player of the week. A player whose performance is certain to be watched throughout the season.
