Birmingham Tuesday Netball League 11th March

In the heat of the Netball league, Birmingham Tuesday, we saw some surprising upsets and fantastic play during the second week of the season. The top of the excitement was in the League division, where teams battled it out on the court with grit and determination.

In an intense showdown between Goal Diggers and Long Shots, the latter managed to clinch a victory with a final score of 16-13. Despite the result, Goal Diggers' Lauren Scott stood out with an incredible performance, earning her the title of the most valued player of the week. Her agility, precision, and strategic play were truly a sight to behold, reminding us once again of the talent that resides within the League.

Hoop Troops delivered a commanding performance against Nets And The City, leaving the court with a 25-10 victory. Not to be outdone, Goals Of Glory mirrored this score against Sky Shooters, asserting their presence in the division.

Purple Thunder triumphed over Hoop There It Is! in a low-scoring game that ended 5-2, while Spice Goals turned up the heat against Goals Aloud, securing a 15-6 victory. The league was further rocked by a 21-0 win by Stormers against Waseley Wizards.

These games have set the bar high for week three. As teams recalibrate and strategize, we eagerly await to see what the next round of the Birmingham Tuesday league has in store. With Scott's impressive performance setting the tone for the season, the League division is bound to continue serving up some thrilling Netball action.
