In a thrilling showdown during Week 8 of the Redditch Netball league, the teams took to the court to deliver a series of electrifying matches that kept fans on the edge of their seats. 

The Redditch Rockets showcased their mettle with a 21-17 victory over the Ball Hoggers. The team's standout star, Jenna Read, was named the Most Valued Player for the week, her agility and precision on the court proving instrumental in the Rockets' hard-earned success.

In another closely contested match, The Tenacious 7 edged out the Rebels in a nail-biting 27-26 win. With only one point separating the two teams, it was a testament to both sides' resilience and determination in this high-stakes face-off.

However, the biggest win of the night went to Betty's Comets, who beat the Goal Divas with a commanding 35-2 win. 

With the new season on the horizon, we would like to start with all teams having a full plethera of players. We will be doing some promotion in the area for new players, bur don't forget to mention it to family and friends! It means that  players won't needed for all 3 games and gives a much fairer outcome! 

The top scorers for the League will undoubtedly face fierce competition as we head into the final stretch of the season. The dedication and skill of these teams have set a high bar, and we can only expect more thrilling matches as the season reaches its climax.
