In an electrifying opening week of the Redditch Tuesday Netball league, the division witnessed an impressive display of athleticism and skill, setting the stage for the rest of the season.

The League kicked off the season with powerful performances from teams like Betty’s Comets, Ball Hoggers, and the Rebels. In a high-scoring encounter, Redditch Rockets faced a tough defeat of 30-1 to Betty's Comets, despite an impressively spirited performance from their standout player of the week, Kim Ingram. 

Meanwhile, The Tenacious 7 put up a robust defense but struggled to keep pace with the Ball Hoggers, who won the game with a 24-8. 

The Rebels, on the other hand, made a strong start to the season, outclassing Goal Divas with a decisive 30-8 victory. The Rebels displayed excellent teamwork and tactical prowess, outmaneuvering their opponents to secure the win.

Regardless of the week's outcomes, all teams showcased a high level of determination and sportsmanship, promising an exciting and competitive season ahead. As the league progresses, all eyes will be on players like Kim Ingram to maintain their exceptional performance and lead their teams to victory.
