In the most recent pulsating week of the Alfreton Wednesday Netball league, the division saw some intense and closely fought matches.

In one of the highlight matches of the week, Passalona displayed their prowess against Netsetters, clinching a victory with a scoreline of 15-2. 

Another thrilling game was the match between Pretty In Pink and Tiger Dolls. Despite a fierce effort from Pretty In Pink, the Tiger Dolls managed to grasp a narrow win with a final score of 9-7. Both teams showcased impressive play and exceptional skill, making it a match to remember.

However, the match that truly caught everyone's attention was the showdown between the Queen Bees and Ironville Maidens. A high-scoring game that kept everyone on the edge of their seats, the Queen Bees were ultimately victorious with a tight 17-14 win.

But the standout performance of the week came from Jacqueline Taljaard of the Ironville Maidens. Despite the team's result, Taljaard showed exceptional skill and determination on the court, earning her the title of the most valued player of the week.

The Alfreton Wednesday Netball league continues to provide thrilling matches week after week, with each team vying for supremacy in the league.
