It was a thrilling night in the Alfreton Wednesday Night Netball League, where the stakes were raised as week 8 of the League took centre stage. With only two weeks left in the current season, it's safe to say that every pass and every shot counts more than ever.

In an electrifying showdown, Queen Bees edged out Ironville Maidens in a narrow 18-16 victory. The match, filled with really quality netball, showing exactly what the Alfreton League is all about.

Not to be outdone, Tiger Dolls managed a 20-4 win over Pretty In Pink. 

Rounding off the night, Passalona took to the court by storm against Netsetters. The final score ending in a 23-5 victory for Passalona. 

With these thrilling outcomes, the anticipation for the final two weeks of the season is at an all-time high. 

As the league draws to a close, securing a place for next season is of paramount importance to all teams. Players are reminded that every game counts, and the top scorers from each division will be revealed at the end of the season.
