In a pulsating round of netball action, Swadlincote Wednesday's week 9 saw the court heat up in the division with some thrilling performances and shocking upsets.

In an intense face-off, Shooting Stars struggled to find their rhythm against Block and Shot team, who emerged victorious with an 11-4 win. 

Meanwhile, The Hoola Hoops managed to secure an impressive 10-4 win over Pink Ladies. Despite their result, Pink Ladies showcased a star performer, Louise Whitaker, who was crowned as the week's most valued player. Whitaker's agility, precision, and relentless efforts on the court were a sight to behold, earning her this well-deserved accolade.

Not to be outdone, Get The Rebound matched The Hoola Hoops' winning score with their own 10-4 victory over Hoops I Did It Again. 

Finally, in what turned out to be the highest scoring game of the week in the division, Wildcats were unable to hold off Hoopsie Daisy's who soared to an 18-5 win.

This week's games further add to the suspense and anticipation for what's to come in Swadlincote Wednesday's Netball League. As the competition grows fiercer, the teams are leaving no stone unturned on their path to victory. Next week's games promise to be equally, if not more, thrilling.
