Swadlincote, Wednesday - A thrilling week of netball action unfolded on the courts last night during week 3 of the Swadlincote Wednesday Netball League. Intense competition marked the games in the Division with four matches that kept everyone involved on their toes.
In what can only be described as a dominant display, The Hoola Hoops managed to the win against Get The Rebound with a 14-3 scoreline. Despite the result, Get The Rebound's Lisa Gadbsy-Jones put on an exemplary performance, being named the Most Valued Player of the week.
In a nail-biting game, Pink Ladies narrowly edged out Hoopsie Daisy with a 6-5 win. This close-call win showcased the competitive nature of the league and kept fans on the edge of their seats until the final whistle. Block And Shot showed their prowess on the court with a sweeping 19-3 victory over Wildcats.
Lastly, Shooting Stars shone bright against Hoops I Did It Again with a 10-6 victory. The game was a display of finesse and tactical prowess, with Shooting Stars exhibiting stellar teamwork and coordination.
