In a thrilling show of athletic prowess, the Swadlincote Wednesday Netball league, staged an electrifying week 11 of the season. This week’s matches were a testament to the sheer determination and unyielding spirit of the players, who have stepped into the arena, setting the bar high for their competitors.

The division saw some intense matches, with Shooting Stars and The Hoola Hoops battling it out in a tightly contested game that ended with The Hoola Hoops emerging victorious with a score of 5-3. Block And Shot put up a valiant fight, however, they succumbed to Get The Rebound 10-4. Displaying a fantastic performance, Pink Ladies managed to hold their ground against Wildcats, clinching the match with a 9-6 win. In a riveting showdown, Hoops I Did It Again soundly defeated Hoopsie Daisy, finishing the game with a 10-2 lead.

In a league where the competition is fierce, singling out one player is no easy feat. However, the most valued player of the week title went deservedly to Robyn Jackson from Hoopsie Daisy. Despite her team's result, Jackson displayed an outstanding performance, showcasing her exceptional skills and determination on the court.
