Gloucester Wednesday Social Netball Update 8th May

In an electrifying Week 5 of the Gloucester Wednesday Social Netball competition, teams battled it out to secure their positions on the leaderboard.

The Gloucester Vipers faced off against the High Hoops in a gripping match. Despite the Vipers showing promising form, the High Hoops secured a 9-5 victory in a game that saw both teams displaying commendable athleticism and strategy. High Hoops' victory places them as a formidable contender in the League.

Hoop Hustlers took on the newly formed The Glostars, defeating them with an 18-0 scoreline. This victory showcased the Hoop Hustlers' power and precision, setting a new performance benchmark for the league. 

The Shooters went head-to-head with Footy Mums, with the Shooters clinching a 9-1 victory. Despite the overwhelming scoreline, Footy Mums didn't leave the court empty-handed as Jasmine Moss, their star player, was named the most valued player of the week. Moss' outstanding performance underlined her importance to the Footy Mums team and demonstrated her undoubted talent to the league.

These results have set the stage for an exciting remainder of the season in the Gloucester Wednesday Social League. As the teams fight for supremacy, we can look forward to more thrilling matches and outstanding individual performances in the coming weeks.
