In a thrilling kickoff to the new Gloucester Wednesday Netball League season, the division saw some dazzling performances, intense competition, and a clear MVP. The night was nothing short of a Netball extravaganza as the battle lines were drawn and the teams took to the court, marking the beginning of an exciting season.

In the division, the Flaming Hustlers brought their A-game to the court, defeating The Glostars by 13 to 9. Not far behind, Footy Mums pulled off an impressive 15 to 7 victory against Shooters, demonstrating their abilities early in the season.

A highlight of the night, however, was the Hoop Hustlers against High Hoops with an outstanding 17 to 1 win. 

Amidst the high-spirited competition, Sarah Taylor from the Shooters emerged as the week's most valued player. Despite her team's result, Taylor's performance was exceptional, showcasing her talent and dedication to the game. 

As we move into the season, the league's standings are starting to take shape. Top scorers for the week in this division were the Hoop Hustlers, followed closely by the Flaming Hustlers and Footy Mums.
