In an electrifying week 9 of the Tewkesbury Sunday Netball League, the League division was embroiled in fierce competition that had everyone on the edge of their seats.

The Dancing Queens pranced their way to victory over Gimme! The Ball, with a 27 - 7 victory. This impressive performance by the team exhibited the level of talent and tenacity the Dancing Queens possess. 

In a thrilling nail-biter, Voulez-Vous clashed with Slipping Through Our Fingers in a match that had us holding their breath until the final whistle. The latter managed to clinch a narrow victory, 10-8, leaving a high note of suspense as the season continues to unfold.

However, the highlight of the week was the outstanding performance of Danielle Bird from Voulez-Vous. Despite her team's narrow defeat, Bird's stellar performance on the court earned her the title of the division's Most Valued Player of the week. Her agility, precision, and leadership skills were on full display throughout the match, making her a vital cog in the Voulez-Vous team.

The top scorers in the League were not disclosed officially, however, it is clear that the teams have their work cut out for them in the coming weeks. As the season advances, the anticipation increases, and so does the level of competition. It will indeed be interesting to see which team will rise to the occasion and outplay the others in the race to the top. One thing is for sure, the Tewkesbury Sunday Netball League is shaping up to be a thrilling spectacle.
