In a thrilling conclusion to the Tewkesbury Sunday Netball league, the division saw some incredible action unfold in what was the final week of the season. The team to beat this season, Dancing Queens, demonstrated their dominance once again, securing the number one spot in the division with a total of 20 points and an impressive 10 wins.

The evening kicked off with an electrifying match where Gimme! The Ball overwhelmed Chiquitita’s with a wide 22-8 margin. The Gimme! The Ball team seemed unstoppable, showcasing some excellent offense and defense strategies.

However, the highlight of the evening was the epic encounter between the Dancing Queens and Slipping Through Our Fingers. The Dancing Queens, the eventual winners, did not disappoint, securing a compelling 23-9 victory. Their agility and swift ball passing were a treat to watch, solidifying their position as the leaders of the pack.

A special mention goes to Meg Smith from Slipping Through Our Fingers. Despite her team's result, Smith's exceptional performance on the court earned her the title of the Most Valued Player for the week. Her offensive maneuvers and defensive skills were the talk of the match, making her a standout player in the division.

Meanwhile, in another gripping showdown, the Voulez-Vous team displayed their prowess against Super Troupers, winning the game by 20-9. The Super Troupers put up a valiant fight but couldn't withstand the fierce play of Voulez-Vous.
