In last night's nail-biting installment of Walsall's Sunday Social Netball league, we saw an incredible display of talent and tenacity. Week seven of the season proved to be a thrilling one for the teams, with Time to Shine, Flaming Divas, Sutton Ballers, and Hoops emerging victorious.
Time to Shine led the charge against High Hoops, securing a decisive 23-3 win. This victory demonstrated the team's relentless offence and rock-solid defence, earning them a well-deserved victory.
However, that was not the only game that offered 30 minutes of entertainment as The Flaming Divas gave a clinical display with a 8-0 victory against Allstars, showcasing their undeniable prowess on the court.
Engaging in a closely fought contest, Sutton Ballers narrowly outplayed a rejuvenated Shooters team, securing an 11-7 victory. Their performance was a testament to the team's fighting spirit and tactical gameplay as Shooters pushed them all the way.
Hoops took on Saddlers this week and ultimately triumphed, securing an 11-4 win and proving their mettle in the fiercely competitive division.
The standout player of the week was Mollie Harris from Shooters. Despite her team's loss, Harris delivered an exceptional performance, making her the most valued player of the week.
