Redditch Thursday Netball League 17th April

In what can be described as a week filled with thrilling netball action, the Redditch Thursday League saw some intense competition and impressive performances in its second week. 

The league saw three captivating matches, all showcasing the skill and spirit of the participating teams. The first game of the evening saw Shooting Stars and Game Of Throws locked in an exciting draw, with both teams scoring 11 goals each. It was a closely fought match that had spectators on the edge of their seats until the final whistle.

In one of the most decisive victories of the week, Redditch Ravens swooped down on the Golden Goalers, outscoring them to clinch a 27-3 victory. The Flyballers also secured a solid win against Nets Top Model with a final score of 14-7, demonstrating their dominance on the court.

Despite their team's result, Lisa Alekna of the Golden Goalers shone brightly as the most valued player of the week. Displaying remarkable prowess and strategic acumen, Alekna proved to be a force to be reckoned with on the court. 

As the league progresses into its third week, we can expect more hard-fought matches and extraordinary performances. The top scorers of the division continue to prove their mettle, making this a season to remember.
