Shrewsbury Sunday Netball League 2nd March

In a dramatic turn of events at the Shrewsbury Sunday Netball League, we were treated to a sensational display of agility, teamwork, and sheer willpower during the fifth week of the robust season. The teams from the League division exhibited an impressive spectacle of netball that had the crowd on their toes, cheering relentlessly for their favorite teams.

In the League, the game between the Severn Sisters and the Bear Steppers was the highlight of the evening, keeping us on edge with a captivating showdown. The Bear Steppers, with their robust defense and agile offence, managed to outscore the Severn Sisters by a margin of 11 to 4. The Bear Steppers, with their consistent performance, further consolidated their standing in the Premier League.

Despite the scoreline, the most valued player of the week was a beacon of outstanding skill and perseverance from the Severn Sisters, Amy Carter. She showcased exceptional skill and determination, earning herself the title of the most valued player. 

As the league progresses, the competition is heating up, and the scoreboard is witnessing a tough fight amongst the teams. The top scorers of the League continue to jockey for position, a testament to the high level of competition in this division.
