The first week of the action-packed season kicked off with Snooze You Shrews squaring up against Bear Steppers. It was a nail-biting encounter, with Snooze You Shrews edging past Bear Steppers in a closely contested match, the final score reading 9-7. The Shrews' victory has set the tone for the upcoming matches, predicting an exciting season ahead.
In contrast, the fixture between Severn Sisters and Quarry Queens saw an impressive show by the latter. The Queens took on the Sisters with a resounding victory, the scoreboard flashing an impressive 13-4.
