In a thrilling conclusion to the Shrewsbury Sunday Netball League, Snooze You Shrews clinched the title in the division, rounding off a sensational season in style.

The final week of the season was packed with breathtaking action and adrenaline-filled moments. For the division, it was a nail-biting contest right up to the final whistle. The Bear Steppers, with their unyielding defensive line, blazed their trail with a 16-6 victory over Shrew D'you Think You Are?. However, it was Snooze You Shrews who stole the show, outsprinting their rivals Severn Sisters 15-4 to secure the division title.

The shining star of the week, and indeed the season, was the charismatic Cora Paul of the Bear Steppers. With her brilliant on-court vision, exceptional shooting accuracy, and impeccable defensive contributions, Cora was rightly named the most valued player of the week. Her outstanding performances have been pivotal to Bear Steppers' impressive campaign this season.

The Snooze You Shrews team topped the division with a robust total of 18 points, having claimed an impressive 9 wins over the course of the season. Their victory is a testament to their unwavering spirit, strategic prowess, and remarkable teamwork.
