In a thrilling climax to the Shrewsbury Sunday Netball League, the teams delivered an electrifying performance in the tenth and final week of the season. The most riveting action was seen in the League, with teams leaving no stone unturned in the quest for victory.

The match of the night was arguably between Bear Steppers and Quarry Queens, a nail-biting duel that ended with a narrow victory for Bear Steppers, pulling off a 7-5 win against their opponents. The Bear Steppers' success story is one of sheer determination and relentless practice, emerging triumphant after a close match.

Meanwhile, Shrew D'you Think You Are? found themselves on the back foot against the unstoppable Snooze You Shrews. The latter team demonstrated their superiority on the court, securing a commanding 14-3 victory. This win further solidified their position at the top of the League.

But the highlight of the week was undoubtedly Laura Craig from Severn Sisters, who was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Her incredible athleticism and strategic gameplay were key to her team's successes throughout the season.

After ten weeks of intensely competitive matches, it was Snooze You Shrews who triumphed in the League, with an impressive total of 19 points from nine wins. Seeing them lift the trophy was a testament to their unwavering consistency and team spirit throughout the season.
