Rugeley Tuesday Night Netball - Week 9

In the League division, Rugeley Rangers faced off against Phoenix Reds, with the latter team emerging victorious with a score of 18 to the Ranger's 12. The game was marked by exceptional defensive tactics from the Reds, who kept the Rangers at bay while capitalizing on their scoring opportunities.

The Rugeley Rebels faced a challenging match against the Falcons, culminating in a score of 24 to 3. The Rebels showcased determination and resilience throughout the game, demonstrating their commitment to improvement. Meanwhile, the Falcons delivered an impressive performance characterized by excellent teamwork and sharp shooting, which played a key role in their well-deserved victory. Both teams displayed great sportsmanship. 

The Rugeley Roses and Rockets match was a tight contest, ending with a close score of 11 to 8 in favor of the Rockets. Both teams showcased their defensive and offensive skills, but the Rockets managed to edge out the Roses in the end.

In a game that had spectators on the edge of their seats, the Rugeley Warriors narrowly beat The Original Lions 11 to 10. In a match characterized by fast play and dynamic tactics, the Warriors held their nerve to secure the win.

The most valued player of the week was undoubtedly Laura Kinvig of the Rockets. Kinvig's athleticism, strategic play, and scoring prowess played a huge role in Rockets' victory, earning her widespread acclaim.

While the competitive spirit is high and the league games intensify, it's clear that the Rugeley Tuesday Netball League continues to be a thrilling spectacle for all Netball enthusiasts. As we move into next week, all eyes will be on these teams as they continue their quest for glory in the League division.
