Rugeley Tuesday Night Netball - Week 6

The Original Lions roared to a convincing 17-8 victory over the Rugeley Divas, solidifying their standing in the league. The aggressive play from the Lions had the Divas on the back foot for most of the match, struggling to keep up with the pace of the game.

In a nail-biting contest, Phoenix Reds managed to edge out Rockets by a single point, ending the match on a 6-5 score. This close encounter had the spectators on the edge of their seats until the very last whistle.

However, the most shocking result of the night came from the match between Rugeley Warriors and Rugeley Rangers. The Rangers dominated throughout the game, securing a massive 19-7 victory over the Warriors. Their strong team play and sharp shooting skills were on full display, rattling the Warriors' defense.

Despite a tough loss, Rockets had something to celebrate as their player, Eve Morris, was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Morris's outstanding performance throughout the matches has been a significant contribution to the Rockets' campaign this season.

Rugeley Roses also had a tough time on the court, succumbing to a 15-3 defeat at the hands of Rugeley Rebels. The Rebels' fiery performance showcased their competitive spirit and skill, leaving the Roses with little room to retaliate.

The League has been a thrilling ride so far, with teams battling it out for the top spot. As the teams gear up for week seven, they'll be looking to bring their A-game to the court. With the stakes getting higher, the remaining games promise to be a spectacle of netball prowess.
