Phoenix Reds delivered an impressive 23-7 victory over Rugeley Roses, demonstrating a strong defence and extraordinary offensive strategy that left the audience in awe. Despite their loss, Rugeley Roses player, Grace Peace, was named the most valued player of the week. Her outstanding performance on the court showed skill, determination, and a level of strategic acumen rarely seen in the league, making her an indispensable asset to her team.
Competing in the League, Rugeley Warriors and Rugeley Rebels battled it out in a nail-biting contest, with the Rebels snatching victory with a narrow 9-7 win. The Original Lions also roared to a commendable 17-12 triumph over Rugeley Rangers, while in a spectacular contest, Rockets fell to the Falcons, who soared to an 18-10 victory.
With only two weeks left of the season, the tension is mounting as the teams jostle for positions. With performances improving each week, securing a place for the next season is more challenging than ever.
