Worcester Monday Night Netball - Week 1

In a thrilling start to the Worcester Monday Netball league, the Premier League division and Division 1 saw captivating matches that set the bar high for the remainder of the season. The Rockets took off with a win against Worcester Sauces with a score of 26-9, while Worcester Ravens soared past Ball Busters, securing a 19-11 victory. The Worcester Ladies  played against the Severn Sirens winning 15-7.

Over in Division 1. The Worcester Wildcats took victory against No Direction, ending the game with a score of 11-7. The match between Court Queens and The Stars of Worcester culminated in a tight finish, with The Stars shining bright winning by two points. In another close match, Perdiswell Shooters edged past Weakest Link with a score of 11-9.

 One player stood out from the rest. Jessica Jones from Weakest Link was named the most valued player of the week, demonstrating exceptional skill and determination on the court.

As the season has just begun, these initial games have offered teams the chance to size up their competition.
