Burntwood Wednesday Night Netball - Week 5

In a thrilling week 5 of the Burntwood Wednesday Netball league, the teams in the  League division put on a spectacular show. The competition was fierce and the spectators were held on edge with every pass and shot.

Netball Ninjas couldn't keep up with the pace of Sista Squad, who triumphed 12-7 in an intense match. The Lightening Strikers shone brilliantly against the Pocket Rockets, taking home an impressive 20-7 win. However, it was Kiss My Pass that rocked the division with an astounding 34-4 victory over The Pink Ladies, setting a new bar for the season.

Bloxwich Beaters proved their dominance, smashing Hoop There It Is with a staggering 21-2 win. Burntwood Stars ascended over Hoop For The Best, sealing an impressive 20-8 victory. Meanwhile, Chasers left Hoop Dogz trailing in their dust with a solid 21-6 win.

However, the illuminating star of the week was undeniably Olivia Hall from Burntwood Stars. She was named the most valued player for her exceptional skill and contribution to her team's performance. Hall showcased an excellent understanding of the game, coupled with a high level of physical fitness and an uncanny ability to read the game and make critical decisions under pressure. Her agility, quick thinking, and exceptional shooting skills were essential in leading her team to victory.

The  League division has been a hotbed of competition this season, and the players have stepped up their game. The scores reflect the teams' determination, commitment, and drive to win. The coming weeks promise even more excitement as these top scorers in the division continue to battle it out on the court.
