Burntwood Wednesday Netball League – Season Finale! 

What a fantastic way to wrap up the season in Burntwood! Our final week was full of energy, teamwork and great sportsmanship across both divisions, making it a brilliant end to the campaign.

In Division 1, Swamp Donkeys had an outstanding season, finishing top after consistently strong performances week after week. Their teamwork, composure and determination really shone through and made them worthy champions. 

There were also some excellent performances from the rest of the division, with teams showing huge progress, competitive spirit and some great passages of play to close out the season.

A special mention goes to Jo-Anne (Shot Callers) who earned Most Valued Player recognition. Her impact on court throughout the season has been fantastic and fully deserved. 

Over in Division 2, Pocket Rockets also had an incredible season, finishing top after a string of impressive performances. Their consistency and positive team spirit have been brilliant to watch.

It’s been a season full of close contests, big improvements and plenty of laughter along the way. Thank you to all players, umpires and supporters for making Wednesday nights in Burntwood such a success.
