Stratford Upon Avon Thursday Social Netball

After eight weeks of intense netball, week eight of the Stratford Upon Avon Thursday Netball League brought about thrilling results. 

The mid-week matchs saw a nail-biting tie between D Linquents and Vale Queens at 12-12. Both teams displayed a high level of tactical skill and sportsmanship, but it was the star player of Vale Queens, Jasmine Wells, who stole the show. Wells was named the Most Valued Player of the week, demonstrating an exceptional game, leaving spectators and opponents awe-struck with her incredible skill and agility.

Hot on their heels, The Shooters and Netchix went head-to-head in a thrilling encounter. Despite a valiant effort from The Shooters, Netchix managed to secure a lead, finishing the match at 16-10.

A riveting game was witnessed between Meon Mermaids and Meon Warriors, with the former team gaining a victory, ending the game at 16-8. 

As the season approaches its end, players and spectators alike are on the edge of their seats. The final two weeks promise to be packed with high-stakes action, and team strategies are being re-evaluated.
