In a high-octane series of matches in the League of the Tamworth Monday Netball league, teams displayed commendable grit and skill. The league saw its 6th week of thrilling encounters under the floodlights.

The stakes were high in the League division, and the teams truly stepped up to the challenge. One of the most exciting games of the night was between Ball Saints and Ballerinas On Fire, with the former effortlessly clinching victory with a dominating score of 25-3. Clearly, Ball Saints were on fire, leaving no chance for Ballerinas On Fire.

Another notable match was between Hoops and Blue Lightning. The latter dominated the court and left their opponents in shock with a crushing defeat of 35-6. The Warrior Queens also showcased their prowess, beating Hippie Chicks 15-8. The Warriors were also in full form, outplaying the Rowdy Rockets with a striking 23-1 score. The Big B`s, however, couldn't withstand the assault from Smokin Aces, and succumbed to a 22-6 defeat.

Despite their team's defeat, the Ballerinas On Fire had something to celebrate. Their own Deb Ball was named the Most Valued Player of the week for her outstanding performance. Her agility, precise shooting, and exceptional teamwork have been a silver lining for the Ballerinas this season. Though the team didn't come out on top this week, Ball's performance is a testament to their potential.

The league has showcased some of the best netball talent, and as we move into week 7, the excitement only escalates. Each team will be looking to strategize and bring their best game forward.
