The Ball Saints narrowly managed to outscore the Blue Lightning, with a nail-biting finish that saw them claim victory, 12-11. The Ballerinas On Fire, unfortunately, were doused by the Hippie Chicks, who dominated the game and emerged victorious with a score of 16-1.
However, the night was far from over. The Whitty Hoops showed their mettle against the Rowdy Rockets, commanding the court with an impressive 18-6 win. The Warrior Queens proved their sovereignty over the Smokin Aces, trouncing them with a decisive 22-7 victory which left no doubt about their dominance in the league.
The night of victories was rounded off by The Warriors, who defeated The Big B`s with a strong 21-8 finish, showcasing their skill and dedication on the court.
Among the standout performances, one player, in particular, managed to shine through. Samantha Betts of The Big B`s was named the week's most valued player. Despite her team's loss, Betts' performance on the court was nothing short of exceptional, attracting praise from both her teammates and opponents.
As the League moves into its sixth week, the competition continues to heat up, and it's anyone's guess who will emerge as the top scorers in each division. One thing is certain; the excitement is far from over.
