Birmingham Wednesday Social Netball

The Birmingham Wednesday Netball League proved a thrilling spectacle once again, as Week 16 unfolded with some electrifying matches.

In one of the most nail-biting encounters, Chafing Dreams narrowly defeated Pocket Rockets 3-2 in a gritty performance. However, the true spectacle of the night came with Netball Rail's stunning performance against Rogue Angels, with a commanding final score of 11-5. 

One of the evening's biggest surprises came from the match between Rednal Roses and Purple Reign, with Purple Reign emerging victorious with an 19-11 score - a testament to their consistent performance throughout the season.

However, the match that garnered the most attention was between She's A Keeper and Spice Goals. Despite a disappointing 2-25 defeat, She's A Keeper's Kat Cooke was a standout performer. Her unwavering focus, agility, and sterling on-court performance earned her the title of the league's Most Valued Player for the week.

With only two weeks left in the season, the competition shows no signs of cooling down.
