Birmingham Wednesday Social Netball

In a thrilling turn of events during the seventh week of the Birmingham Wednesday 7-A-Side Netball League, the evening witnessed some exhilarating games and exceptional performances.

The evening kicked off with a fierce clash between Pocket Rockets and Rednal Roses. The Roses displayed an extraordinary demonstration of skill and teamwork, leading them to a triumphant victory with a score of 14-6.

Netball Rail and Sapphires took the court next, engaging in a thrilling encounter. Despite a spirited performance from Netball Rail, Sapphires took the win with an impressive 15-4 score, showcasing their dominance on the court.

Purple Reign proved their mettle in a decisive match against She's A Keeper with a whopping 21-5 scoreline. The Reign's powerful offensive strategy left She's A Keeper struggling to keep pace, resulting in a clear win for Purple Reign.

The most tense match of the evening was between Sharp Shooters and Spice Goals, which ended in a nail-biting draw, with both teams scoring 14 points each. This battle goes as proof of the competitive spirit and high-level play the league has to offer.

The spotlight, however, firmly fell upon Bethany Cumberpatch from Sharp Shooters. Displaying exceptional skill and game sense, she earned the title of the most valued player of the week. Her performance was a key factor in Sharp Shooters' strong showing, making her an undeniable asset to her team.
