The much-anticipated Kineton Monday Netball League, featuring the premier division, kicked off last night with breathtaking showdowns, setting the stage for a thrilling season to come.

In a dramatic start to the League, Kineton Angels took an impressive victory against The Ballers with a final score of 19-13. Showing unrivaled teamwork and strategy, the Angels managed to secure a strong lead early on, displaying their determination to start the season off on the right foot.

In a nail-biting encounter, Netball Ninjas edged out Kineton Ladies 18-15, demonstrating both agility and prowess on the court. The star of the match, and indeed of the week, was none other than Michelle Bruce from Netball Ninjas. Bruce put on a stupendous performance, skillfully navigating the court and contributing significantly to her team’s victory. Her impressive play earned her the title of the most valued player of the week.

Lastly, the Kineton Stars fell to the Kineton Shooters, with the Shooters coming out on top 14-4. Their top-notch defense and sharp shooting put them in a commanding position from the get-go, paving the way for their resounding victory.
