Kenilworth Sunday Social Netball Update 12th May
In an adrenaline-fueled Week 10 of the Kenilworth Sunday Social Netball league, teams once again enjoyed a fun friendly evening of netball.
The match between Goal Diggers and And Bringing Up The Rear could have gone either way with a nail-biting score of 7-9. And Bringing Up The Rear demonstrated impeccable defense and offense, securing a close victory against the Diggers.
Pink Parrots showcased their dominance with a resounding 21-1 victory against Bellestars. The Parrots' strategic movements and accurate shooting left Bellestars struggling to gain momentum.
The tension continued to rise as Hoops We Did It Again and Sparta battled it out on the court. It was a neck-to-neck game throughout, but Sparta clinched a narrow win with a final score of 7-9, reinforcing their position as one of the top contenders in the division.
The standout player of the week was undoubtedly Portia Subotsch from Cherry Bombs. With her incredible athleticism and strategic play, she was an instrumental part of her team's performance, earning her the much-deserved title of Most Valued Player of the Week.
As we head into Week 11, the teams are more determined than ever, and we can expect more thrilling matches in the Kenilworth Sunday Netball League.
