In the latest installment of the Kenilworth Sunday Netball League at Kenilworth School and Sixth Form, the vibrant spirit of competition and camaraderie continued to shine through as all teams gathered for another round of matches. With seamless organisation and matches characterised by excellent sportsmanship, the evening's results showcased the determination and skill of each team:
Sparta faced a tough battle against And Bringing Up The Rear, ultimately falling short with a scoreline of 8-11. Despite the loss, Sparta demonstrated resilience and teamwork on the court.
Hoops We Did It Again delivered a commanding performance, securing a 14-6 victory over Bellestars. Mia Chippendale's exceptional performance earned her the Player of the Match title, highlighting her contributions to Hoops We Did It Again's success.
Pink Parrots and Castles engaged in a closely contested match, with Castles emerging victorious with a 16-11 win. The match showcased the competitive nature of the league and the skill of both teams.
Cherry Bombs faced a tough challenge against Goal Diggers, ultimately conceding a 7-12 defeat. Kim Cleland's standout performance earned her the Player of the Match title for Goal Diggers, recognising her contributions to the team's victory.
And Bringing Up The Rear maintained their perfect start to the season, leading the division standings with a 100% record. The evident improvement in all players after just three weeks is a testament to their dedication and hard work, showcasing the growth and development of each team in the league.
