In a pulsating clash between the Goal Diggers and the Pink Parrots, both teams showcased their competitive spirit, ending the game on a nail-biting 7-7 tie. Both teams demonstrated their defensive prowess, making it one of the most evenly matched games of the season.

Meanwhile, the Bellestars were edged out by the Hot Shoots in an intense game that ended with a scoreline of 12-14. Despite the Bellestars putting up a brave fight, the Hot Shoots managed to clinch the victory, paving the way for a thrilling end to the week.

In another clash, the Cherry Bombs were defeated by Sparta, with Sparta securing a 9-6 victory. The Cherry Bombs, despite the loss, saw a silver lining with Jessica Mills being named the week's most valued player. Mills showcased an excellent performance, displaying both her offensive and defensive skills, proving to be a key player for her team.

The ninth week of the Kenilworth Sunday Netball league was indeed a roller coaster ride, with an abundance of thrilling action, extraordinary goals, and magnificent performances. As the league progresses into its final weeks, the competition is heating up, with each team vying for the top spot.
