Everyone at Youplay Netball would like to wish all our players and Umpires in the Dudley Netball league a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Your local league is now off until Tuesday 7th January so enjoy the break with loved ones and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in the New year.

In a thrilling head-to-head match, The Terri-balls and Avengers faced off, with The Terri-balls clinching victory with a 16-13 score. The Terri-balls’ win can be partially attributed to exceptional performance by Jenny Holden, who was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Holden, known for her strategic vision and swift movements, was instrumental in The Terri-balls' victory over Avengers, setting a new standard of excellence in the league.

Meanwhile, another League game kept spectators guessing until the last second. Maidensbridge Mayhem and Pocket Rockets ended the game in a rare 7-7 draw, demonstrating the highly competitive nature of the league. Both teams showcased strong defence and attack skills, with neither team managing to secure a decisive lead.

Despite the draw, the  League remains an open field, with the top scorers yet to be determined. The league continues to deliver compelling matches with its unique blend of teamwork, strategy, and individual brilliance. As we look forward to the coming weeks of the season, we anticipate more thrilling matches, nail-biting finishes, and outstanding performances. The Dudley Tuesday Netball League continues to be a must-watch event for sports enthusiasts.
