Play in the Coleshill Sunday netball league.
It was another enjoyable week of netball as the Coleshill Sunday netball league reached its eighth round, with teams continuing to show great effort, teamwork, and development on court.
The evening began with a competitive match between Falcons and Thou Shalt Not Pass. Thou Shalt Not Pass came away with a 12–5 win, with their organised defence and quick transitions helping them manage the game well.
Wingin It followed with a strong performance against The A Team, earning a 19–2 victory. Their teamwork and consistent play allowed them to build confidence and maintain control throughout the match.
In the final game of the night, Goal Diggers faced Phoenix in a closely contested match. Goal Diggers secured a 9–5 win, with both teams showing good passages of play and determination across the court.
This week’s most valued player was Frankie Greenidge from Phoenix. Despite the result, Frankie’s performance stood out, showing great movement, accuracy, and a positive attitude throughout the game.
As a gentle reminder, we kindly ask all teams to ensure that any players taking part in matches have paid for their fixture. Keeping this up to date helps the league run smoothly for everyone and allows matches to be enjoyed without disruption. Thank you for your cooperation.
As the season progresses, teams will be looking to build on their performances and continue improving each week. There’s still plenty to play for, and we look forward to seeing how things develop in the coming rounds.
