New team Queen Bees...

Overall the Stoke Thursday Social Netball league ran well on Thursday night with all teams in attendance as scheduled, with the exception of Team Chaos being short on numbers.

I would like to remind all teams and players that the league has been created for all to enjoy, we need to be respectful at all times to our umpires and opponents alike. We all want to enjoy  our Thursday night sessions and need to ensure that we don't lose sight of the fun and friendly nature that all games should be played in.

This week we say goodbye to Crazy Chicks and welcome Queen Bees who will replace the team for the new season ahead. Once the games have been completed this Thursday and results are submitted we will then end the season and create the new seasons fixtures which starts on 20th June, we will call all teams Friday/Monday to confirm a start time for the new season ahead. 

This week we will be implementing a new rule across all of our netball leagues meaning that if any team borrows a player to guest for them they must play out of their usual positions. so, for example, if your position for your regular team is GS and you have been asked to play for another team then you will not be able to play as GS or GA for the team you are guesting for, you must choose a different position.
