Charlbury Wednesday Social Netball League Update 10th April

In the latest fixtures of the Charlbury Wednesday Social Netball League held at Charlbury Community Centre, all teams once again converged for an evening of spirited competition and camaraderie. The matches were played with enthusiasm and sportsmanship, embodying the friendly atmosphere that characterizes the league.

The Flaming Divas faced a tough challenge against Shoot For The Stars, ultimately falling short with a 2-12 defeat. Despite their efforts, Shoot For The Stars demonstrated their prowess on the court, executing precise plays and securing a decisive victory.

Meanwhile, Netchicks battled it out against Ball Saints in a closely contested match that ended with a score of 8-13 in favor of Ball Saints. Stacey Deller's outstanding performance earned her the Player of the Match award for Netchicks, recognising her contributions to her team's efforts.

In another match, Charlbury Shooters encountered a formidable opponent in Wildcats, ultimately suffering a 3-18 defeat. Wildcats showcased their dominance once again, maintaining their perfect record and solidifying their position at the top of the league standings.

The Sky Shooters demonstrated their skill and determination in a convincing 13-5 victory over Pocket Rockets. With their solid performance, Sky Shooters secured an important win to bolster their position in the league standings.

As the season progresses, teams continue to showcase their talents and compete for success on the court. The Charlbury Wednesday Social Netball League remains a platform for friendly competition and community engagement, fostering a welcoming environment for players of all skill levels.
