In what is shaping up to be a thrilling season, the Charlbury Wednesday held its 8th week of nerve-wracking netball action. 

The league began with a friendly match between the Sky Shooters and Ball Saints, leaving players on the edge of their seats. However, the real highlight of the evening came when the Charlbury Shooters faced off against Shoot For The Stars. Despite their valiant efforts, the Shooters were edged out with Shoot For The Stars securing a victory, 11-5. The intensity didn't let up as the Flaming Divas engaged in a fierce showdown with the Netchicks. The Divas managed to steal a 12-6 victory.

But the star of the night was undoubtedly Hannah Gold from the Netchicks, who was awarded the most valued player of the week. Despite her team's loss, Gold's stellar performance stood out.

As the season advances, the League is proving to be a fascinating display of skill and tenacity.
