In an unforgettable week of high-octane netball action, the eighth week of the Neath Tuesday League showcased some of the finest play we've seen this season, especially in the Premier League division.

The competition was fierce in the Premier League with every team giving it all they had. The Glynneath Gazelles triumphed over their counterparts Glynneath Gazelles B in a hotly contested match, ending with a 13-8 victory. The Vixens soared high over High Hoops, outscoring them in an impressive 31-3 triumph.

Sweaty Betty's showed their mettle with a solid 17-8 win over Hoops I Did It Again, proving their worthiness as contenders in the league. However, it was The Queen Bees who truly stunned the spectators with a dominant performance against Steel Town Shooters, securing a 24-3 victory.

The highlight of the night was the Spice Goals, who emerged triumphant with a 12-4 win over Block It Like It's Hot. Their performance was bolstered by the exceptional play of Eva Hook, who was declared the Most Valued Player of the week. Hook's performance was a masterclass in netball strategy and skill, garnering much praise and admiration.

With such a thrilling week of netball behind us, the Premier League division of the Neath Tuesday League is shaping up to be a cracker of a season.
