BURNTWOOD YOUPLAY NETBALL LEAGUE NEWS SUNDAY 12TH JANUARY

All the latest news for the Burntwood Sunday Youplay Netball league direct from Burntwood Leisure Centre.

It was a great evening of action in the league with all teams in attendance as expected and playing a high standard of Netball. 

It has been brought to our attention some players may be playing in the league that our at a higher standard to everyone else. As a reminder to all teams this is a back to netball league and our aim is to get players back playing who haven't played for a long time.  This does not mean players of a high standard will be refused to play but each case will be looked at individually. 

Back to the action and we have a close battle at the top with Un Touch A balls and Burntwood 7's locked on 10 points with Goal digges just a further 2 points behind. This is mainly thanks to all three teams picking up the wins in this weeks round of fixtures.

Into division one and A Little Rusty look to be setting the pace at the top having won all their 6 games so far this season. Flaming Divas however are chasing them down and only sit 2 points behind with them still to play each other again in a couple of weeks time. 

We are already eagerly awaiting next weeks action with all teams once again set to be in action.
