The Burntwood Sunday Netball League witnessed its second week of gripping action as teams across the Premier League and Division 1 locked horns in a pulsating round of fixtures.

In the Premier League, the goal-drenched clash between Goal Diggers and A Little Rusty saw the former emerge victorious with a well-earned 17-13 win. In another match that underscored the division's competitive spirit, Burntwood 7's gave a masterful performance, outplaying Flaming Divas with a 27-10 triumph. Meanwhile, Un Touch A Balls edged out Spice Goals in a closely contested encounter 14-11, keeping the spectators on the edge of their seats till the final whistle.

Over in Division 1, a high-octane encounter between All Rounders and Destructive Divas ended with the former reigning supreme at 17-8. The Bluebirds soared high against Nether Belles, clinching a commanding 26-7 victory, attributed in no small part to the outstanding performance from the league's most valued player, Sandra Rhodes. The climax of the evening was the nail-biting draw between Rogue Angels and Purple Panthers at 11-11, a testament to the evenly matched prowess of both sides.

Notably, the top scorer in the Premier League division came from the Burntwood 7's, contributing significantly to their whopping total of 27 goals. In Division 1, the Bluebirds boasted the top scorer, owed largely to the sterling efforts of Sandra Rhodes, who not only earned the title of the week's most valued player but also brought home a glorious victory for her team.
