Play in the Burntwood Sunday you play netball league

In a thrilling week of action in the Burntwood Sunday 7-a-side Netball league, teams across the Premier League and Division 1 divisions battled fiercely for bragging rights and precious league points.

In the Premier League, the Un Touch A Balls put up a staggering performance, outplaying the All Rounders with a convincing 39-11 victory. The All Rounders, however, had a shining star in Laura Varma who bagged the most valued player of the week award despite her team's loss. Burntwood 7's were also in fine form as they notched up an impressive 26-15 victory over the Spice Goals, while Destructive Divas edged out Flaming Divas 15-14, in a nail-biting encounter that kept spectators on the edge of their seats.

On the Division 1 front, A Little Rusty and Goal Diggers couldn't do enough to edge each other out, finishing their game in a 12-12 deadlock. The Rogue Angels, however, managed to fly higher than the Bluebirds, pocketing a narrow but well-fought 15-13 win. Meanwhile, Nether Belles stole the show with a dominant 25-4 win over Purple Panthers, setting a high bar and reaffirming their top scorer's status in the division.

This week's games were a true testament to the competitive spirit and skill on display in the Burntwood Sunday League. Spectators can look forward to more high-octane games in the coming weeks as teams continue to vie for the top spot in their respective divisions.
