As the sun set yesterday, the Burntwood Sunday 7 a side Netball league saw the close-out of Week 4, brimming with fierce competition and electrifying energy. The teams in the Premier League and Division 1 showcased their prowess as they faced off in a series of nail-biting clashes.

In the Premier League, the All Rounders put up a spirited fight, but eventually fell to the Burntwood 7's, 12-20. The Un Touch A Balls, in an extraordinary showing of skill and strategy, dominated their game against Destructive Divas, closing with a decisive victory of 22-5. The Spice Goals also managed to clinch their match against the Flaming Divas with a score of 14-8.

Up a notch, Division 1 saw a fair share of adrenaline-fueled battles as well. The match between A Little Rusty and Bluebirds ended in a tense stalemate with both teams scoring 11 points. Goal Diggers and Nether Belles played a heart-stopping game that ended with a narrow win for Goal Diggers, 19-18. Lastly, the Purple Panthers roared to victory over Rogue Angels with a score of 13-8.

This week's most valued player was awarded to Maggie Cooper from the Purple Panthers. Cooper's outstanding performance on the court was a significant contributor to her team's victory, causing a ripple of applause from both her teammates and the spectators.

The top scorers for the Premier League were Un Touch A Balls with an impressive 22 points, and in Division 1, Goal Diggers led the scoreboard with 19 points.
