In the world of local netball, the Burntwood Sunday Netball league saw an electrifying third week of action. The competition, boasting a stellar line-up of talented teams, is split into two divisions: The Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, the matches were a showcase of fierce competition and impressive skills. The Spice Goals went head to head with the All Rounders in a tense face-off, which ended in a 10-5 victory for the All Rounders. The match between Flaming Divas and Un Touch A Balls was an absolute nail-biter, with Un Touch A Balls edging out a win with a two-point lead, finishing at 17-15. However, the most thrilling match of the night saw the Burntwood 7's decimating the Destructive Divas with an astounding 30-3 victory.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Rogue Angels triumphed over A Little Rusty with a 15-8 win, whereas the Goal Diggers outshone the Purple Panthers, scoring 23 to Purple Panthers' meager 7. In another thrilling match, Nether Belles managed to secure a commendable 25-7 victory over the Bluebirds.

The standout player of the week was the phenomenal Laura Varma from Un Touch A Balls, who was named the "Most Valued Player". Her exceptional performance on the court was instrumental in her team's victory and left an everlasting impression on netball enthusiasts present.
