Ashbourne Wednesday Night Netball - Week 2

In an exciting sequence of games last night, Ashbourne's Wednesday Night Netball League saw teams display remarkable skill and competition. The evening was highlighted by impressive performances, both individually and team-wise.

The match between Nets Get Physical and Ball Of Fame marked a marked demonstration of strategic prowess and physical skill. Nets Get Physical delivered a scorching performance finishing 21 to 8. The excitement continued as Ash & Dash went head-to-head with Bourne To Play. In a razor-thin decision, Bourne To Play edged past their opponents with a one-point difference, winning the nerve-wracking match with a score of 10-9. However, the night was not without its dramatic twists and turns. A final showdown between The Ash-tonishers and Sling It Sisters had players at the edge of their seats. Despite a valiant effort, The Ash-tonishers fell short to Sling It Sisters, ending the match at 9-4.

A highlight of the night was a standout performance by Jan Leslie of The Ash-tonishers team who was awarded the title of the Most Valued Player of the week. 

This week's games proved to be an exhilarating mix of competition and talent, marking another memorable week in the Ashbourne Wednesday Netball League.
