Ashbourne Wednesday night netball - week 1

The Ash-tonishers, Nets Get Physical, Sling It Sisters, Ash & Dash, Bourne To Play, Bourne Lucky, Pass Me The Wine, and Ball Of Fame kicked off the first week with fiery determination.

Pass Me The Wine, manage to score 28 points against Ball Of Fame who managed to net 8 points. Both teams but on a great display of netball.

The second game of the week was Bourne who managed to secure a win with the game ending in a scoreline of 23-8 against Bourne Lucky.

However, it was Abby Higton of Bourne Lucky who stole the show this week. Despite falling short on the scoreboard, Higton displayed exceptional skills and sportsmanship throughout the match, earning her the title of Most Valued Player (MVP) of the week. Her performance was a testament to the spirit of the game and sets a promising trajectory for the rest of her season.
