Telford Sunday Social Netball Update 11th August

In the exhilarating world of netball, the third week of the Telford Sunday season witnessed some heart-stopping games this week.

The Hoopdoggz were defeated by the Hot Shots with a finishing score of 3-10, demonstrating the Hot Shots' dominant presence on the court. In a similar vein, the Netball Numpties showed their prowess with a decisive 15-6 victory over Hoops I Did It Again, amplifying their status as a formidable force in the league.

However, it was the One Hit Wonders who truly stole the show, with a fine victory over Here We Go Again with a 20-4 scoreline. Meanwhile, the Glitterballs and Pitch Perfect locked horns in an intensely close match, with Glitterballs emerging victorious by a mere four points, finishing the game strong at 15-11.

In other matches, the Wrecking Ballers and the Telford Titans both secured uplifting victories against the Soul Sisters and Spice Goals respectively, ending the games at 11-4 and 10-4.

Undoubtedly, the star of the week was Jo Western from Soul Sisters, who, despite her team's defeat, stood out with a virtuoso performance that earned her the title of the most valued player of the week. Her tireless commitment and exceptional skills were a testament to the high-level play we've come to expect from the Premier League.
